Cline,\non behalf of the Konus-Wind team, report:\n\nThe long-duration GRB 220623A\n(MAXI-GSC detection: Hagiwara et al., GCN 34068)\nwas detected by Konus-Wind (KW) in the waiting mode.\n\nA Bayesian block analysis of the KW waiting mode data\nin the 20-1500 keV band reveals a multi-peaked structure\nwhich starts at ~T0 and ends at ~T0+580 s,\nwhere T0 = T0(MAXI) = 07:23:37 UT.\n\nThe KW light curve of this burst is available at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB230623A/\n\nModelling a time-integrated spectrum of the burst\nby a power law (PL) model dN/dE ~ E^alpha\nyields alpha = -2.18(-0.04,+0.05).\n\nThe spectrum near the peak count rate,\nmeasured from T0+43.303 s to T0+75.687 s,\ncan be described by a power law with exponential cutoff (CPL) model\ndN/dE ~ (E^alpha)*exp(-E*(2+alpha)/Ep)\nwith alpha = -1.58(-0.13, +0.15) and Ep = 243(-57,+141) keV.\n\nThe total burst fluence is 5.77(-0.34,+0.52)x10^-5 erg/cm^2,\nand the 2.944 s peak energy flux is 6.08(-0.97,+1.40)x10^-7 erg/cm^2.\n(both in the 20 keV - 10 MeV energy range).\n\nAll the quoted errors are estimated at the 68% confidence level.\nAll the presented results are preliminary.\n\n\n\n\n---\nTo unsubscribe, open this link in a web browser:\nhttps://gcn.nasa.gov/unsubscribe/eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJlbWFpbCI6ImdjbmNpcmN1bGFyQGRldi5ob3Auc2NpbW1hLm9yZyIsInRvcGljcyI6WyJjaXJjdWxhcnMiXSwiaWF0IjoxNjg4NDE0MDQ4LCJpc3MiOiJodHRwczovL2djbi5uYXNhLmdvdiJ9.aawlk18LIeVDGGFsvSHfGBhlhQQ8vuOR7GqTn1ASK20\n\n",

"message_text": "The LIGO Scientific Collaboration, the Virgo Collaboration, and the\nKAGRA Collaboration report:\n\nWe identified the compact binary merger candidate S230704f during\nreal-time processing of data from LIGO Hanford Observatory (H1) and\nLIGO Livingston Observatory (L1) at 2023-07-04 02:12:11.224 UTC (GPS\ntime: 1372471949.224). The candidate was found by the CWB [1], MBTA\n[2], and GstLAL [3] analysis pipelines.\n\nS230704f is an event of interest because its false alarm rate, as\nestimated by the online analysis, is 2.8e-09 Hz, or about one in 11\nyears. "message_text": "The IceCube Collaboration (http://icecube.wisc.edu/) reports:\n\nIceCube has performed an additional search for track-like muon neutrino events consistent with the sky localization of the joint skymap for low significance gravitational-wave candidate S230619bd and GBM-230619 (https://gcn.nasa.gov/circulars/34054) in a time range of -0.1 day, +14 days from the GW alert event time (2023-06-19 17:01:06.4 UTC to 2023-07-03 19:25:06.4 UTC). During this time period IceCube was collecting good quality data. This is a maximum likelihood analysis which searches for a generic point-like neutrino source coincident with the given GW skymap [1,2].\n\nIn this case, we report a p-value of 0.31, consistent with no significant excess of track events. IceCube's sensitivity assuming an E^-2 spectrum (E^2 dN/dE) to neutrino point sources within the locations spanned by the 90% spatial containment of the joint skymap ranges from 0.037 to 0.061 GeV cm^-2 in this time window.\n\nA Bayesian search [1,2] was also performed, using the standard time window of 1000 seconds centered on the alert event time (2023-06-19 19:16:46 UTC to 2023-06-19 19:33:26 UTC), and using the the map for S230619bd circulated in the 2-Preliminary notice. This search uses a Bayesian approach to quantify the joint GW + neutrino event significance, which assumes a binary merger scenario and accounts for known astrophysical priors, such as GW source distance, in the significance estimate [3]. For this search we report a p-value of 0.22, consistent with no significant events coincident with the map. IceCube's sensitivity assuming an E^-2 spectrum (E^2 dN/dE) to neutrino point sources within the locations spanned by the 90% spatial containment of the 2-Preliminary map ranges from 0.0277 to 1.0771 GeV cm^-2 in a 1000 second time window.\n\nThe IceCube Neutrino Observatory is a cubic-kilometer neutrino detector operating at the geographic South Pole, Antarctica. Palazzi (INAF-OAS) report on behalf of the CIBO collaboration:\n\nWe observed the field of the long GRB 230328B detected by Fermi-GBM (Fermi GBM Team, GCN 33526; Dalessi et al., GCN 33531), Swift-BAT (Gropp et al., GCN 33527), AstroSat-CZTI (Waratkar et al., GCN 33532), GRBAlpha (Dafcikova et al., GCN 33543), and Konus-Wind (Svinkin et al., GCN 33544). We obtained 20 min of g'- and r'-band imaging with the LBC camera mounted on LBT (Mt Graham, AZ, USA) on 2023-06-23, ~3 months after the burst trigger. Observations were performed under mediocre weather conditions with a strong SW wind and thus an average seeing of ~2\".\n\nAt the location of the optical afterglow (Pankov et al., GCN 33528; Belkin et al., GCN 33530; Lu et al., GCN 33534; Catapano et al., GCN 33535; Suresh et al., GCN 33536; Adami et al., GCN 33537; Gompertz et al., GCN 33538; Komesh et al., GCN 33539; Kumar et al., GCN 33547; Kugel et al., GCN 33550; Siegel et al., 33556; Pozanenko et al., GCN 33559), we detect a faint source which is likely the GRB host galaxy. We measure the following AB magnitudes:\n\ng 24.2 +- 0.3\nr 23.8 +- 0.2\n\ncalibrated against PanSTARRS field stars, and not corrected for the foreground Galactic extinction.\n\nWe acknowledge the excellent support from the LBTO and LBT-INAF staff, particularly D. The LOAO is a 1.0-meter telescope located in the USA. The KHAO and SAO are 1.0-meter and 0.8-meter telescopes, respectively, located in Korea. The CBNUO is a 0.6-meter telescope with a wide field of view, also located in Korea. Detailed information is in Im+21. The LOAO and KHAO observed the seven highest-scoring host galaxy candidates. The SAO observed one of the optical counterpart candidates, ZTF23aaptsuy/AT2023lxu, reported by ZTF (GCN 34089), and the CBNUO observed the highest-ranked tile with a wide field-of-view (~1.4 deg2).\n\n The host galaxy candidates from the GLADE+ catalog (Dálya+21) were ranked based on a calculated score that combines the probability in the GW localization area with the K-band luminosity, the latter of which is used as a proxy for stellar mass. Each tile for wide field-of-view instruments is ranked by summing the scores of galaxies within the tile.\n\n Observations began at 2023-06-27 04:25 (UT), approximately 0.11 days after the GW alert. For the LOAO images, we subtracted each observed image from the reference image in the r-band from the Pan-STARRS1 surveys (Chambers+16) and filtered transient candidates, which we classified either through parameters from SourceEXtractor (Bertin+96) or visual inspection. Despite our efforts, we could not find any significant signals.\n\n We used the Pan-STARRS1 catalog for flux calibration and employed an AB magnitude system. "message_text": "Assaf Horesh (HUJI), Itai Sfaradi (HUJI), Lauren Rhodes (Oxford), Joe Bright (Oxford), Rob Fender (Oxford), Dave Green (Cambridge), David Titterington (Cambridge)\n\nWe report the detection of radio emission from the fast fading red transient ZTF23aaoohpy/AT2023lcr (Swain et al., GCN 34022) using the AMI-LA telescope.\n\nWe observed the field of AT 2023lcr with the Arcminute Microkelvin Imager âLarge Array (AMI-LA) for 4 hours on the 2023-06-21, with a central frequency of 15.5 GHz. The flux standard 3c286 was used to calibrate the bandpass response and flux scale of the AMI-LA and J1613+3412 was used as an interleaved complex gain calibrator.\n\nA point source is detected in the AMI-LA image at RA = 16:31:37.30 +/- 0.06 s, Dec = +26:22:01.0 +/- 3.0 arcsec, consistent with the reported position of AT 2023lcr. "message_text": "The LIGO Scientific Collaboration, the Virgo Collaboration, and the\nKAGRA Collaboration report:\n\nWe identified the compact binary merger candidate S230706ah during\nreal-time processing of data from LIGO Hanford Observatory (H1) and\nLIGO Livingston Observatory (L1) at 2023-07-06 10:43:33.157 UTC (GPS\ntime: 1372675431.157). The candidate was found by the MBTA [1], GstLAL\n[2], PyCBC Live [3], and SPIIR [4] analysis pipelines.\n\nS230706ah is an event of interest because its false alarm rate, as\nestimated by the online analysis, is 4.3e-08 Hz, or about one in 8\nmonths. The event's properties can be found at this URL:\n\nhttps://gracedb.ligo.org/superevents/S230706ah\n\nThe classification of the GW signal, in order of descending\nprobability, is BBH (97%), Terrestrial (3%), NSBH (<1%), or BNS (<1%).\n\nAssuming the candidate is astrophysical in origin, the probability\nthat the lighter compact object is consistent with a neutron star mass\n(HasNS) is <1%. [5] Using the masses and spins inferred from the\nsignal, the probability of matter outside the final compact object\n(HasRemnant) is <1%. [5] Both HasNS and HasRemnant consider the\nsupport of several neutron star equations of state. The probability\nthat either of the binary components lies between 3 and 5 solar masses\n(HasMassgap) is 4%.\n\nTwo sky maps are available at this time and can be retrieved from the\nGraceDB event page:\n * bayestar.multiorder.fits,1, an initial localization generated by\nBAYESTAR [6], distributed via GCN notice about 24 seconds after the\ncandidate event time.\n * bayestar.multiorder.fits,2, an initial localization generated by\nBAYESTAR [6], distributed via GCN notice about 5 minutes after the\ncandidate event time.\n\nThe preferred sky map at this time is bayestar.multiorder.fits,2. For\nthe bayestar.multiorder.fits,2 sky map, the 90% credible region is\n1553 deg2.
