Kennea (PSU) report:\n\nSwift/BAT was observing 63.5% of the GW localization probability (bayestar.multiorder.fits) at merger time. A fraction 7.7 % of the GW localization posterior is contained inside the BAT coded FoV.\n\nThe LVK notice, distributed in near real-time, triggered the Swift Mission Operations Center operated Gamma-ray Urgent Archiver for Novel Opportunities (GUANO; Tohuvavohu et al. 2020, ApJ, 900, 1).\n\nUpon trigger by this notice, GUANO sent a command to the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) to save 200 seconds of BAT event-mode data from [-50,+150] seconds around the time of the burst. All the requested event mode data was delivered to the ground.\n\nUsing the NITRATES analysis (DeLaunay + Tohuvavohu 2022, ApJ, 941, 169), we searched for emission on 8 timescales from 0.128s to 16.384s in the interval [-20,+20] seconds around the merger time. Cline\non behalf of the Konus-Wind team, report:\n\nThe short-duration GRB 230919A\n(Fermi-GBM detection: The Fermi GBM team, GCN Circ. 34737;\nScotton et al., GCN Circ. 34750;\nAstroSat CZTI detection: Navaneeth et al., GCN Circ. 34742;\nSwift/BAT-GUANO detection: DeLaunay et al., GCN Circ. 34747;\nIPN triangulation: Kozyrev et al., GCN Circ. 34752)\ntriggered Konus-Wind at T0a103.312 s UT (16:58:23.312).\n\nThe burst light curve shows a multipeaked structure\nwhich starts at ~T0-0.4 s and has a total duration of ~2.4 s.\nThe emission is seen up to ~4 MeV.\n\nThe Konus-Wind light curve of this GRB is available at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB230919_T61103/\n\nAs observed by Konus-Wind, the burst\nhad a fluence of 8.37(-2.57,+3.19)x10^-6 erg/cm2,\nand a 16-ms peak flux, measured from T0+0.430 s,\nof 1.44(-0.72,+0.81)x10^-5 erg/cm2/s\n(both in the 20 keV - 10 MeV energy range).\n\nThe spectrum of the burst (measured from T0 to T0+8.448 s)\nis best fit in the 20 keV - 4 MeV range\nby a power law with exponential cutoff model:\ndN/dE ~ (E^alpha)*exp(-E*(2+alpha)/Ep)\nwith alpha = -0.88(-0.25,+0.37)\nand Ep = 1452(-629,+1078) keV (chi2 = 69/83 dof).\nFitting by a GRB (Band) model yields the same alpha and Ep,\nand an upper limit on the high energy photon index: beta < -2.1\n(chi2 = 69/82 dof).\n\nAll the quoted errors are at the 90% confidence level.\nAll the quoted values are preliminary.\n\n\nView this GCN Circular online at https://gcn.nasa.gov/circulars/34769.",

"message_text": "The LIGO Scientific Collaboration, the Virgo Collaboration, and the KAGRA Collaboration report:\n\nWe have conducted further analysis of the LIGO Hanford Observatory (H1) and LIGO Livingston Observatory (L1) data around the time of the compact binary merger (CBC) candidate S230927l (GCN Circular 34773). Parameter estimation has been performed using Bilby [1] and a new sky map, Bilby.multiorder.fits,0, distributed via GCN Notice, is available for retrieval from the GraceDB event page:\n\nhttps://gracedb.ligo.org/superevents/S230927l\n\nFor the Bilby.multiorder.fits,0 sky map, the 90% credible region is 1177 deg2. Zhang, on behalf of the ICRANet team, report:\n\n\nFollowing the BdHN classification [Aimuratov, et al., ApJ 955 (2023) 93] and the determination of the redshift z=2.2 of transient AT2023sva (de Ugarte Postigo, et al., GCN 34740), from the energetics evaluated by Liang Li (2023) from Fermi GBM data in (2.15+/-0.13)x10^{52} erg (see attached figure), we conclude that the source is a BdHN II (GRB230916A).\n\nWe Propose to look with the James Webb Space Telescope the appearance of the associated supernova (SN) on October 31 (+/-1 day), in order to extend the GRB-SN connection in the range 1<z<3 and verify the standard candle nature of SNe Ib/c.\n\nFigure: http://www.icranet.org/documents/GRB230916A.pdf\n\n\nView this GCN Circular online at https://gcn.nasa.gov/circulars/34779.",

Pérez-Fournon (IAC and ULL) report:\n\nWe report LCOGT and ZTF detections of GOTO23baj, the GOTO optical counterpart candidate of GRB 231024A.\n\nThe likely SHORT GRB 231024A has been reported by the Fermi GBM Team (GCN 34876). Gompertz et al. (GCN 34878) have reported a GOTO optical counterpart candidate, GOTO23baj (AT 2023vuc), at RA (J2000) = 00:55:07.30, Dec (J2000) = -15:15:19.43 and L = 18.37 +/- 0.07 on 2023-10-24 22:15:30.\n\nWe triggered Las Cumbres Observatory follow-up imaging and detected a source at the position of GOTO23baj on UT 2023-10-25 07:23:31 at SDSS r' = 18.28 +/- 0.12 in a single 300 sec exposure using one of the Las Cumbres Observatory 40 cm telescopes at Heleakala Observatory (Maui, Hawaii).\n\nThis transient has also been detected by ZTF (ZTF23abnevza) on UT 2023-10-25 07:42:27 at ZTF g = 18.193 ± 0.082.\n\nThis work makes use of observations from the Las Cumbres Observatory global telescope network (program IAC2023B-001) and is based on observations made with the Las Cumbres Observatory's education network telescopes that were upgraded through generous support from the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation. "message_text": "The IceCube Collaboration (http://icecube.wisc.edu/) reports:\n\nIceCube has performed a search [1] for additional track-like muon neutrino events arriving from the direction of IceCube-240327A (https://gcn.nasa.gov/circulars/35983) in a time range of 1000 seconds centered on the alert event time (2024-03-27 10:56:29.920 UTC to 2024-03-27 11:13:09.920 UTC) during which IceCube was collecting good quality data. Excluding the event that prompted the alert, zero track-like events are found within the 90% containment region of IceCube-240327A. The IceCube sensitivity to neutrino point sources with an E^-2.5 spectrum (E^2 dN/dE at 1 TeV) within the locations spanned by the 90% spatial containment region of IceCube-240327A is 1.3e-01 GeV cm^-2 in a 1000 second time window. 90% of events IceCube would detect from a source at this declination with an E^-2.5 spectrum have energies in the approximate energy range between 3e+02 GeV and 1e+05 GeV.\n\nA subsequent search was performed including 2 days of data centered on the alert event time (2024-03-26 11:04:49.920 UTC to 2024-03-28 11:04:49.920 UTC). In this case, we report a p-value of 0.24, consistent with no significant excess of track events. The IceCube sensitivity to neutrino point sources with an E^-2.5 spectrum (E^2 dN/dE at 1 TeV) within the locations spanned by the 90% spatial containment region of IceCube-240327A is 1.5e-01 GeV cm^-2 in a 2 day time window.\n\nThe IceCube Neutrino Observatory is a cubic-kilometer neutrino detector operating at the geographic South Pole, Antarctica. "message_text": "The IceCube Collaboration (http://icecube.wisc.edu/) reports:\n\nIceCube has performed a search [1] for additional track-like muon neutrino events arriving from the direction of IceCube-240327B (https://gcn.nasa.gov/circulars/35984) in a time range of 1000 seconds centered on the alert event time (2024-03-27 16:04:10.470 UTC to 2024-03-27 16:20:50.470 UTC) during which IceCube was collecting good quality data. Excluding the event that prompted the alert, zero track-like events are found within the 90% containment region of IceCube-240327B. The IceCube sensitivity to neutrino point sources with an E^-2.5 spectrum (E^2 dN/dE at 1 TeV) within the locations spanned by the 90% spatial containment region of IceCube-240327B ranges from 1.4e-01 to 1.5e-01 GeV cm^-2 in a 1000 second time window. 90% of events IceCube would detect from a source at this declination with an E^-2.5 spectrum have energies in the approximate energy range between 3e+02 GeV and 2e+05 GeV.\n\nA subsequent search was performed including 2 days of data centered on the alert event time (2024-03-26 16:12:30.470 UTC to 2024-03-28 16:12:30.470 UTC). In this case, we report a p-value of 1.00, consistent with no significant excess of track events. The IceCube sensitivity to neutrino point sources with an E^-2.5 spectrum (E^2 dN/dE at 1 TeV) within the locations spanned by the 90% spatial containment region of IceCube-240327B is 1.6e-01 GeV cm^-2 in a 2 day time window.\n\nThe IceCube Neutrino Observatory is a cubic-kilometer neutrino detector operating at the geographic South Pole, Antarctica. The sun altitude is -20.3 deg.\n\nMASTER-SAAO robotic telescope located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the LIGO/Virgo S230518h errorbox 3191 sec after notice time and 13187 sec after trigger time at 2023-05-18 16:38:55 UT, with upper limit up to 17.7 mag. Observations started at twilight. The observations began at zenith distance = 43 deg.
